At UK Expo International, we ship worldwide from Pakistan. Please review the shipping options, transit times, and duty information below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Carriers by Region
We use trusted international couriers depending on your destination:
- USA & Canada: UPS and DHL
- Europe, UK & Australia: UPS, DHL, and DPX
2. Transit Times & Duties
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Customs duties and taxes are determined by the rules of the destination country.
- UPS (Ground Service): 7–8 days transit. Customs duties and taxes depend on the destination country’s rules and are payable by the customer.
- DHL (Expedited Service): 5–6 days transit. Customs duties and taxes depend on the destination country’s rules and are payable by the customer.
- DPX: 10–11 days transit. No additional customs duties charged.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For UPS and DHL shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. DPX shipments are delivered without any additional duty charges.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering so you are aware of any potential charges.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-10 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment online via the relevant carrier (UPS, DHL, or DPX).
6. Delays
Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
