Delivery:
Regular clothing with customized size is dispatched within one week. Custom-designed clothing is dispatched within a two-week time period, as these items are specially made for you. The production time for bulk quantity orders completely depends on the quantity you wish to order. For bulk orders, customers need to contact us via email, and we may offer wholesale pricing.We ship via DHL and FedEx. DHL Express is a courier service with tracking and drop-off without signature and is delivered very fast, usually within 4 to 5 working days. FedEx is also a tracked courier service with drop-off without signature and is delivered within 6 to 7 working days. If you prefer urgent delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping option you select, we will provide you with a tracking link to follow your package online.We always advise customers to group their items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Your packets or boxes are adequately sized, and all items are well protected.
Returns:
If our customers found any technical or stitching fault, the product must be returned for replacement with original packing
within 10 days by DHL or other international courier services, but keep in mind customers have to pay all the return shipping charges.
The products can only be replaced only & only in the case of returning of defected product. We offer money back or an exchange guarantee.
