Thank you for shopping at UK Expo International. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this 14-day window has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, customized or personalized items, sale or clearance items, and digital products.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@ukexpointernational.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will respond with confirmation and the return shipping address.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank as processing time may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@ukexpointernational.com.

8. International Returns

As we ship worldwide from Pakistan, please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred when returning an item internationally. We are not responsible for customs charges on returned shipments.
